Forging: Shafts with sides/pipes/tubes/blocks/doughnuts/cubes/other shapes Pipe material: Outer diameter: φ6-219 mm, wall thickness 1-35 mm. Key Design Features One of the most widely used precipitation hardening grades in the industry. While soft and ductile in solution annealed conditions, it is capable of high performance with a single precipitation or aging treatment. Has good corrosion resistance, high harnessing properties, toughness and strength. machinability Long sticky chips characterize the machinability of this alloy. It can be machined in the annealed condition, but the H1150M condition will give the best results.
