Glycol chillers are a specific kind of refrigeration system, often used in chemical, brewery, pharmaceutical, beverage, diary industry, etc. Low temperature glycol water chiller is able to crash the temperature of the product dramatically over a short period of time, depending on the production needs.


Features:


1. Adopt well-known brand compressors, such as Copeland, Panasonic, Danfoss, etc.


2. Three types of evaporator for choice: stainless steel plate heat exchanger, stainless steel water tank with coils, shell and tube exchanger.


3. Equipped with sophisticated digital temperature controller can accurately control the temperature.


4. Cooling air discharges heat from top of chillers. No need of cooling tower, saving water and space.

1.Normal condition:Chilled water inlet temp is 5℃,outlet temp is 0℃, ambient temp35℃;


2.Temperature condtion:Chilled water range is 0℃--20℃. This series of unit requires the chient to use the liquid with the freezing point below the required temperature as the refrigerant.


3. Allowable buctuate voltage:±10%. Allowable voltage difference in phase:±2%.


4.Actual head lift is pump head lift minus the machine internal head loss(1mH2O=9.8KPa).
