Small Laundry Soap Production Line Small laundry soap production line is designed fro the starter to make laundry soap in small scale, the capacity of this production line is 100kg/h for final soap. The small laundry soap production line include: 1. Mixing step: use mixing machine to mix soap noodle, zeolite, sodium silicate and pigment together evenly. To add zeolite and sodium silicate is used to adjust the fatty acid percentage in the final laundry soap. To add pigment is to decide the color of the final soap. 2. Grinding step, use three roll grinding mill to grinding the mixed material, the grinding process is to make the raw material finely and in the best condition to make soap 3. Extruding step, use our vacuum extruding machine to extrude the raw material into soap bar, this extruding machine applied double layer screw extruding, before extruding the raw material go through two screw pressing chamber, and in the vacuum chamber the water and air got extracted, in the vacuum condition the transparence of final soap will be higher and the final soap is not easy to crack. From the extruding machine, can change the mold to get soap with different shape and width. 4. Printing and cutting step: the digital cutting machine have two function: first print logo on the soap, second cutting the soap bar into the size you want, in the cutting step can adjust the length of the soap.
