I recommend leveling Alchemy and Herbalism together because you can save a significant amount of gold if you can farm all of the herbs required. Any of the NPCs listed below can teach you the art of Alchemy. To find out where the trainer is located, simply click on one of the links provided below. You can also approach a guard in any city and inquire about the location of the Alchemy trainer, and the trainer will be marked on your map with a red flag.

Trainers in the Classic Style (1-300)
Alchemy can be learned from trainers in every major city in the Burning Crusade Classic game. You can learn Journeyman, Expert, and Artisan Alchemy. You won't have to go to multiple trainers any longer, either.

Pay a visit to your trainer and learn the skills of Journeyman Alchemy. (This requires a character with a level of 10)

Greater Healing Potion - 65 x Lesser Healing PotionMinor Healing Potion (65 cents). Briarthorn is a mountain between 110 and 140 meters above sea level.
35% Bruiseweed, 35% Briarthorn, and 35% Leaded Vial in a single Healing Potion

Expert Alchemy 140 - 155 20 x Lesser Mana Potion - 20 Mageroyal, 20 Stranglekelp, 20 Empty Vial 20 x Lesser Mana Potion - 20 Mageroyal, 20 Stranglekelp, 20 Empty Vial

This recipe will be yellow for the final ten points, so you may need to make a few extras to make up for it.

If you don't have Stranglekelp on hand or if Firefly Snapper is on sale, you can make Fire Oil. Alternatively, you could continue to make more Healing Potion.

If you were to make Fire Oil, you could use it to create Elixir of Firepower, which would be very useful.

If you don't have enough Goldthorn, you can make Mana Potion or Lesser Invisibility Potion up to the level of around 195 to supplement your supplies.

If you don't have any Goldthorn, you can still make Nature Protection Potion, which will cost between 190 and 215 gold.

Nature Protection Potion is available for purchase from these vendors. Because it is a limited supply item, it may take a long time for it to respawn if someone else purchases the recipe before you do so.
