Using gyroids they had collected over time, this Reddit user created an entire room out of them.  The gyroids in New Horizons can be hung on a wall and will rest on a small shelf beneath the surface of the planet.  With this feature, you have plenty of space to cover an entire space with gyroids while still being able to move freely around the room.
