The pressure test pumpis often used in life. The high-pressure test pump consists of four parts: the drive system, the crankcase, the hydraulic system, and the pump head. When the high-pressure test pump is working, the motor drives the worm gear and worm to drive the crankshaft to rotate, and the movement of the plunger causes the force transmitted by the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic chamber to act on the inner and outer high pressures, and the reciprocating motion of the inner and outer high pressures changes the volume of the medium. Through the control of the inlet and outlet check valves, the medium is sucked from the inlet of the pump head and discharged from the outlet. When the flow of the pump needs to be changed, the manual adjustment wheel is rotated to control the stroke of the plunger by changing the eccentricity of the crankshaft system, so that the force of the hydraulic chamber changes, thereby changing the amplitude of the reciprocating motion of the high pressure and realizing the adjustment of the flow.

Treatment method When the pressure test pump is working normally, the hydraulic chamber is filled with hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil in the cavity is insufficient, the hydraulic oil in the attached oil tank will be supplemented by the feed valve. If the valve is damaged, it will cause the diaphragm to stop moving or the operating range to be insufficient, thus causing the pump to fail or insufficient. . There are generally three reasons for the failure of the feed check valve with the oil tank: the valve core and the valve seat are not well matched; the valve body sealing ring fails; the valve spring fails or its preload is improper. First, check whether the check valve is blocked or whether the outer high pressure is invalid. When checking, first remove the valve body of the pump head check valve, start the motor, and adjust the plunger stroke to observe whether the diaphragm movement amplitude changes. If the diaphragm movement amplitude changes with the plunger stroke, it indicates that the diaphragm is in good condition. Then pour the water into the one-way valve. If the water cannot enter from the inlet or flow out from the outlet, it means that the one-way valve is blocked and needs to be cleaned; if the water can flow in from the outlet and flow out from the inlet, it means that the one-way valve is installed backward, you need to adjust it yourself. It is quite common for the check valve to become blocked due to too many impurities in the NSI batching process. The solution is to change the pump inlet pipe from the bottom of the batching tank to the tank wall, and increase the height of the pipeline, so that the impurities are precipitated at the bottom of the tank, and then drained regularly.
