Products Introduction:


Porous ceramic ball is a new type of support and covering spherical packing made by the shape modification on the basis of the inertia ceramic ball according to the mass transfer effect and medium of the packing. It is opened with the diameter of the sphere as the axis, which has certain mechanical strength, chemical stability and thermal stability, and increases the specific surface area and void ratio, thereby increasing the dispersion and flux of the material and reducing the system's resistance. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical and natural gas industries to replace inert alumina ceramic balls as catalyst support covering packing.





Porous ceramic ball opens a single or a plurality of circular holes with the diameter of the ball, which solves the problem of the swirling resistance of a single ball. The curved pattern of the porous ceramic ball stripe or the convex surface of the bump improves the void ratio and specific surface area of the packing layer, has strong liquid redistribution ability, excellent vapor-liquid dispersion performance, and is used under the same conditions as the inert alumina ceramic ball. In comparison, the void ratio is increased by 12%, the contact specific surface area is increased by 25%, and the resistance is reduced by 15%. At the same time, it can contain and retain coke powder, colloid and heavy metal impurities, avoiding the deposition of coking and poisoning catalyst in the catalyst bed.
