It is common practice in Path of Exile to equip gems into sockets on your gear in order to gain new abilities.  However, poe items have stat and level requirements that must be met by all classes in order to be utilized.  It is only possible to equip gems in slots that are the same color as the POE Curreny they are replacing.  These suggestions should get you started on the road to reclaiming your homeland and exacting vengeance on those who forced you to flee your home country.  Yet another suggestion: if you're having trouble with the game alone, you can usually recruit a friend or another player from the town to assist you.  Don't take your exile as a matter of course, either!

Path of Exile, as we stated in our review, is one of the best Diablo-style action-RPGs currently available on the marketplace.  It also won't break the bank because it's available for free on Xbox One and Steam.  Additionally, the microtransactions are unusually generous, allowing you to succeed without having to purchase anything.  Although there are several optional microtransactions – including limited edition premium bundles – if you want to help the developers, you can do so.

Two types of gems exist: agate and jasper.

As you gain experience points, your equipped gems level up as well, receiving ten percent of the base experience points awarded by monster kills.  Visiting lower-level areas causes your character to lose experience points, but gems do not suffer from this penalty.  In this way, you can level gems quickly by replaying areas that are a few levels below your current level.

Make sure you don't pick up every single piece of treasure you come across.
Every piece of loot you obtain takes up a different amount of space in your inventory. . It is necessary to shuffle items around and squeeze items into the available spaces in order to carry as many items as possible at once.  Even if you do not pick up every single item you come across, your bag will quickly become overflowing.  If your character can't use an item or if the item is worthless, the key is to ignore it.  Colors indicate the rarity of an item:Ordinary is represented by white; Magic is represented by blue; Rare is represented by yellow; and Unusual is represented by orange

Except if you're about to head back to town and have plenty of room for them, you can pretty much ignore white items in your home.  It is usually worthwhile to purchase and sell more valuable items when they become available, even if it means keeping them for a longer period of time.  As a matter of course, any item that is visually superior to your current gear should be obtained – even if it means temporarily abandoning something else in order to do so.

Life and mana regeneration should not be overlooked.
Characters do not regenerate life by default, but they do regenerate a small amount of mana every second, which can be used to heal themselves and others.  Using the appropriate type of flask, you can manually replenish your life and mana.  When you visit a town or a hideout, your flask's charges are automatically recharged.  As a result of killing their adversaries, they also gain charge.  It is possible to gain more life or mana by equipping better flasks, and this can have other effects on the character.

Even so, if you rely solely on flasks for life and mana, you'll have a difficult time.  Wearables and passive skills can boost regeneration for either stat, and they can even steal life and mana from enemies when they are hit or kill them.  In order to maintain your health and mana pool, it is critical to consider the life- and mana-restoring properties of your gear.  In order to recover health between battles, you should have at the very least some life regeneration.
